Pozen Discusses Volcker Rule, Consumer Protection Agency: Video
March 4 (Bloomberg) — Robert Pozen, chairman of MFS Investment Management, talks with Bloomberg’s Erik Schatzker about the Volcker Rule proposal. US President Barack Obama yesterday sent Congress a five-page draft to ban proprietary trading and block mergers that give banks more than a 10 percent market share, as measured by liabilities other than insured deposits.
