TAX DAY TEA PARTY 2010
PLEASE HELP US SHARE THIS VIDEO. On Thursday, April 15, Tea Partiers from around the country gathered in the nation’s capital to protest what they percieved to be egregious increases in taxation under the Obama administration, despite taxes having actually been lowered for 98% of working Americans. The usual anti-science and nativist rhetoric, and praise of Fox News personalities, ensued. This NEW LEFT MEDIA film was produced and edited by Chase Whiteside (interviewer) and Erick Stoll (camera operator) with additional camera work from Kasey Hosp. We apologize for the poor sound quality and shortage of sunlight, the event was held late and music –this was something of a Tea Party Woodstock–was playing throughout. Ex-Sea Org / Scientology member message for current members
(Part 1 of 2) I had a chance to tap the brain of a former member of Scientology’s secretive SEA ORG division during the June 14th protest against the Church of Scientology in Toronto. There is gross mistreatment and abuse taking place right now in many of the secretive areas of the CoS. Ex-members and potential members are not the only people in danger here — Scientologists are people too and need our help just as much as the general public. Hopefully this man’s message clicks with the many Scientologists that are sure to watch this video. If you have friends or family that are Scientologists and are even thinking about getting out please send them this video. This gentleman is the real deal; he was in the Sea Org (even served on the Freewinds) for 10 years and has been out for 4 years. This video is part 1 of 2. Part 2 is available here: www.youtube.com

Congratulations 44th President of the United States, our new Commander in Chief, BARACK OBAMA
Facebook ► facebook.com ► Download ► SamTunes.NET ► http Congratulations to the 44th President of the United States, our new Commander in Chief, BARACK OBAMA! barackobama.com Barack Obama was raised by a single mother and his grandparents. They didn’t have much money, but they taught him values from the Kansas heartland where they grew up. He took out loans to put himself through school. After college, he worked for Christian churches in Chicago, helping communities devastated when steel plants closed. Obama turned down lucrative job offers after law school to return to Chicago, leading a successful voter registration drive. He joined a small law firm, taught constitutional law and, guided by his Christian faith, stayed active in his community. Obama and his wife Michelle are proud parents of two daughters, Sasha and Malia. He was born in Hawaii on August 4th, 1961. His father, Barack Obama Sr., was born and raised in a small village in Kenya, where he grew up herding goats with his own father, who was a domestic servant to the British. Barack’s mother, Ann Dunham, grew up in small-town Kansas. Her father worked on oil rigs during the Depression, and then signed up for World War II after Pearl Harbor, where he marched across Europe in Patton’s army. Her mother went to work on a bomber assembly line, and after the war, they studied on the GI Bill, bought a house through the Federal Housing Program, and moved west to Hawaii. It was there, at the University of Hawaii …
President Obama Headed To Heavily-Secured G20 Summit In Toronto Canada
Global Economy Manipulation and Control Summit. “Obama sent a letter last week warning that removing the massive government stimulus spending too quickly could represent a repeat of the disastrous mistakes of the 1930s that prolonged the Great Depression.” Economic Terror style fear mongering to steal global wealth. Another staged gascan “attempt” to justify authoritarian security. World leaders (Keyword), facing serious differences over the best way to nurture a fragile global recovery, are agreeing to disagree in a variety of key areas. Even before the economic talks were to begin over lunch Friday, the leaders engaged in a series of dueling letters and interviews that exposed their conflicts. The three days of talks were starting at a lakeside resort north of Toronto where the Group of Eight countries — the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Canada and Russia — will discuss proposals to increase support for maternal and child health care in poor nations and hold an outreach meeting with leaders of seven African nations. The G-8 will also spend time exchanging views on hot-button issues, such as Iran’s nuclear program and possible sanctions on North Korea following the sinking of a South Korean warship. So far, world leaders have not signaled much support for Obama’s cautionary warnings that countries should not pull back their stimulus efforts too quickly. Britain, Germany, France and Japan have all unveiled deficit-cutting plans. Canadian Prime …

Downtown Minneapolis protest against Obama’s Afghanistan Surge, December 2nd 2009
Raw footage, 33-minute version. I covered the protest for Indymedia. About 200 people marched through downtown Minneapolis to protest Obama’s Afghanistan surge. Eleven people sat down in an intersection and were arrested. No other arrests were reported. Regarding the organizer’s claims that “Marchers effectively shut down the streets of downtown Minneapolis for several hours”, this meant walking down a single lane in two lane traffic escorted by the cops, and “blocking an intersection” meant sitting down over part of one of the quietest, lowest impact intersections of about 40 the marchers walked through all night. It would have been interesting to see how the cops would have reacted if the marchers had blocked Hennepin or Nicollet, or Nicollet on another night during the Holidazzle parade. In any case, the point was well made, and made without anything terrible happening. According to local anti-war activist Ross Rowley, the MPD have a history of “live and let live” for unpermitted marches that aren’t out of hand in downtown Minneapolis. During the march, the police had a line of horses between the marchers’ lane and oncoming traffic to keep things safe and called ahead to have traffic stopped at intersections for the unpermitted march. 10 minute, 5 minute, and “time’s up” warnings were given to disperse before arrests. Bar some clumsy police handling/dragging of the intersection-blocking arrestees, the cops behaved as one would hope they would. But it was a good protest …
